  • Reviews quotes/proposals with procurement, supports contract negotiations as needed.
  • Contributes to developing vendor contract amendments.
  • Responsible for vendor cost control, budget review, invoice reconciliation, and PO close-out.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent is required; an advanced degree is preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience working with various clinical vendors (e.g., IRT, eCOA, ePro).
  • Strong knowledge of clinical operational processes and vendor management.
