Job summary

The Royal Marsden NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Senior Clinical Trial Administrator to join the Head, Neck and Thyroid Research Unit across Chelsea and Sutton. The role supports delivery of a varied portfolio of clinical research studies and requires strong data management, GCP knowledge, and proactive teamwork.

You will supervise CTAs, ensure data capture meets SOPs and regulatory standards, and contribute to reporting and project work within a dynamic NHS environment.

Qualifications

• Experience with clinical data capture and data entry to SOPs and GCP guidelines.
• Knowledge of NHS data governance and trial data management.
• Ability to supervise CTAs and manage workloads.
• Experience with data reporting and regular status updates.

Responsibilities

• To support the clinical research team with study administration to ensure trials meet GCP and SOPs.
• To ensure timely data entry into appropriate databases and resolve data queries.
• Supervise CTAs daily and oversee workload distribution within the team.
• Lead on audit and inspection preparation with the data management team.
