Senior Clinical Therapist – Children Services – Croydon Council

Permanent, 36 hours a week, Hybrid Working

Job purpose

We have an exciting opportunity for a senior therapist to join our clinical service in Croydon, working in Children and Families Services. You will provide clinical consultations, deliver therapeutic interventions, and support reflective practice groups.

You will work alongside our Systemic Practice Lead, supporting our systemic practice framework. We seek an experienced family therapist with supervisory experience, open to outreach working practices, emphasizing well-being through relational practices, social conditions, and power dynamics.

Our practice framework values relationship-based practice and a whole systems approach to systemic training.
