Job Purpose

We have an exciting opportunity for a senior therapist to join our innovative and dynamic clinical service in Croydon, working within Children and Families Services. You will provide clinical consultations to frontline staff, deliver therapeutic interventions, and support reflective practice groups through training, supervision, and guidance.

You will collaborate with our Systemic Practice Lead, supporting a practice framework rooted in systemic principles. We aim to ensure our clinical services are bespoke, flexible, and provide timely responses. We seek an experienced family therapist with supervisory experience who is open to outreach practices, emphasizing well-being through relational practices, social conditions, and power dynamics.

About You

You should be an experienced, accredited, and registered family and systemic psychotherapist, with a qualification in systemic supervision or willingness to undertake training. You will demonstrate the ability to work creatively and effectively with children, young people, carers, and networks. Your experience should enable you to support high-quality clinical services within a statutory children’s service, aiming for positive outcomes. You should prioritize relationship-based practice, engaging effectively with residents, partners, managers, social workers, and practitioners to ensure timely and responsive services.
