The Senior Clinical Site Manager will support hospital site coordination and act as the on-site duty manager/senior nurse out of hours, working with the Senior Manager On-call. Responsibilities include overseeing 24/7 patient flow, managing internal and external repatriations, and escalating issues as needed. The post holder will deputise for the Head of Site Management when required, ensuring trust policies and procedures are implemented and providing support and advice to staff.
