Job description

We are seeking an enthusiastic and highly motivated Clinical Site Manager to join our busy Clinical Site Team at St. Bartholomew's Hospital. In this role, you will support team and site operations to ensure challenges are addressed promptly, maintaining effective site flow and engaging with internal and external stakeholders.

This position is crucial for delivering operational performance, patient flow, and supporting clinical colleagues and site leadership to uphold high standards. The ideal candidate is a team player with excellent communication skills, who enjoys the challenges of the Clinical Site Manager role. Your qualities will help lead one of London's finest hospitals, ensuring we provide the best possible care around the clock.

The Senior Clinical Site Manager will support hospital site coordination and act as the on-site duty manager/senior nurse out of hours, working with the Senior Manager On-call. Responsibilities include overseeing 24/7 patient flow, managing internal and external repatriations, and escalating issues as needed. The post holder will deputise for the Head of Site Management when required, ensuring trust policies and procedures are implemented and providing support and advice to staff.
