Reporting to the Regional General Manager with a professional dotted reporting line to Head of Clinical Delivery, you'll champion clinical excellence, safety, and exceptional client experiences.

Hours: Full time, 37.5 hours core hours 8am-4pm, Monday to Friday with the occasional Saturday shift
Salary: £51,078.01 - £56,185.81(depending on experience and skills)

The Senior Clinical Service Matron plays a pivotal role in providing strategic leadership and overseeing the delivery of safe, effective, and compassionate clinical services within a newly established region. As a core member of the regional leadership team, this role is instrumental in launching and embedding services in a new geographical area-building clinical operations from the ground up and ensuring they align with national standards and the organisation's core values.
This position calls for a dynamic, forward-thinking leader with the vision and drive to build high-performing teams, design robust clinical pathways, and cultivate a culture of excellence from day one. The Senior Clinical Service Matron will collaborate closely with local and regional stakeholders to ensure the successful mobilisation of services, while also managing a team of Clinical Managers to consistently deliver high-quality care throughout the client journey.

The job description for this role is the 'BAU' following initial site and service mobilisation and travel across the Region and to other Regions will be expected.
