Essex Partnership University NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Senior Clinical/Counselling Psychologist for the Adult Community Psychological Services in North East Essex, primarily Colchester. You will collaborate with colleagues, service users, carers and partner organisations to provide high-quality, trauma-informed psychological care across MDTs.

The role requires experience in delivering psychological assessments and specialist interventions, with a focus on complex trauma.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering psychological assessments and interventions.
• Experience with high-risk, complex trauma presentations.
• Capability in multidisciplinary treatment planning and forming collegial working relationships.

Responsibilities

• Deliver evidence-based psychological interventions to adults.
• Conduct psychological assessments and develop clinical formulations.
• Contribute to MDT work and service development.
• Carry out supervision and participate in programme management.
