The post holder will work with a team of research nurses across multiple sites, with duties including study setup, coordination of both commercial and non-commercial studies, and mentoring junior staff.

Qualifikationen

• NMC First level registration (essential).
• Experience delivering clinical research.
• Experience mentoring or supervising staff.
• Ability to manage clinical study portfolios including costing.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Aufgaben

• Identify new studies for the R&I portfolio and assist feasibility.
• Contribute to setup and management of studies.
• Coordinate commercial and non-commercial studies per ICH-GCP and UK policy.
• Ensure adherence to approved protocols and current legislation.
• Document study data per ICH-GCP; create investigator site files.
• Support cross-site delivery and educate junior staff.
