Formación

• Senior clinician with substantial clinical experience and post-qualification training.
• Ability to provide supervision, training and reflective practice to staff.
• Experience developing treatment pathways for complex emotional needs.

Responsabilidades

• Provide management and expert clinical supervision to psychological professionals within Community Mental Health Teams.
• Develop and oversee Complex Emotional Needs Pathway across patches.
• Contribute to pathways alignment with DBT and CAT teams and mood disorder/psychosis pathways.
