Qualifications

• Must hold valid professional registration as a psychologist.
• Experience in a healthcare setting is desirable.
• Training in psychosis and bipolar interventions is preferred or willingness to train.
• Experience providing supervision to trainees and junior staff.

Responsibilities

• Undertake specialist psychological assessment and treatment of adults with complex mental health difficulties.
• Provide expertise and consultation on psychological care to the MDT and other colleagues.
• Supervise band 7 psychologists and trainee psychologists.
• Contribute to policy/service development, research, service evaluation and audits.
