Job summary
Northamptonshire Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust (NHFT) is seeking a Clinical Pharmacist (Band 8A) to lead advanced medicines management across prisons and healthcare settings, including HMP Morton Hall and HMP North Sea Camp.

Qualifications
- GPhC-registered pharmacist with a strong clinical pharmacy background.
- Experience in medicines management within secure environments is required.
- Knowledge of medicines governance in Health in Justice or secure settings.
- Non-Medical Prescribing qualification beneficial or in development pathway.
Responsibilities
- Lead and evaluate medicines management services.
- Provide expert clinical pharmacy input across primary care, substance misuse, and mental health.
- Supervise pharmacy technicians and contribute to service development across the prison cluster.
