WellBN is seeking an experienced Senior Clinical Pharmacist to lead medicines optimisation and governance across multiple sites. You will shape strategy, strengthen clinical governance and ensure patient safety and regulatory compliance, working with Partners and the senior leadership team.

The postholder will lead the pharmacy and medicines management team, deliver quality improvements, and represent WellBN in PCN/ICB/NHS meetings, driving continuous improvement and exceptional patient care.

Formación

• Current professional registration with a relevant body (GPhC/GMC/NMC).
• Experience in medicines optimisation and prescribing governance is essential.
• Independent Prescriber and leadership qualifications are desirable.
• Strong governance, risk management and patient safety capabilities.

Responsabilidades

• Provide executive leadership for medicines optimisation and prescribing governance.
• Lead medicines-related audits and quality improvement programmes.
• Oversee patient safety, risk management and incident reporting.
• Represent WellBN at NHS meetings and interface with commissioners.
