We have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and proactive pharmacist to join our supportive team delivering innovative pharmacy services to the community.
You will be working as part of a multidisciplinary team supporting our four primary care home teams, delivering patient-centered care. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to provide clinical input into our two community hospital inpatient wards (Beccles Hospital and Carlton Court) and the specialist palliative care unit delivered by St Elizabeth's Hospice.
Prospective candidates should be proactive, confident, and eager to develop within a supportive team environment. Experience in community services is not essential but a strong clinical background is advantageous.
