Mersey Care NHS Foundation Trust in the North West is recruiting a Senior Clinical Nurse (Band 6) to support the Clinical Team Manager and Clinical Leadership Team on Pine Ward, delivering high quality, safe and effective care.

The post requires resilience, strong problem solving and interpersonal skills, with clinical and managerial responsibilities, supervision, and involvement in coaching leadership, quality improvement and patient-centred care.

Mansioni

• Implement caseload supervision and ensure records comply with Professional and Trust standards.
• Participate in regular clinical supervision as per Trust policy.
• Assist in development and implementation of integrated care pathways and service user assessments/referrals.
• Provide information, education and support for family members and carers.
• Ensure safe medicines management in line with the NMC Code and Trust Medicines Code.
• Collaborate with the Multi-disciplinary team to maintain continuity of care on Pine Ward.
