Responsibilities

• Support the Clinical Team Manager and Clinical Leadership Team on Pine Ward to deliver high quality safe and effective care.
• Demonstrate resilience, problem solving and interpersonal skills while providing clinical and managerial support.
• Coach leadership style, drive quality improvement and ensure care planning centers service users and carers.
• Oversee integrated multi-disciplinary care and balance managerial and clinical activity.
• Ensure record keeping aligns with professional and trust standards.
• Promote safe medicines management in line with the NMC code and trust medicines policy.
• Engage in regular clinical supervision and case load supervision as per policy.
