Job summary

Cape Clarke is seeking a Senior Clinical Negligence Solicitor to handle claimant clinical negligence work in Manchester. This hybrid role offers a salary up to £75,000, depending on experience, and requires 3+ PQE.

You will manage claims from investigation through settlement or trial preparation, analysing medical evidence, liability and causation while coordinating with experts and counsel. PQE guides level of caseload complexity.

Qualifications

• Experience running claimant clinical negligence files.
• Strong drafting and case planning.
• Clear client communication and judgement on when specialist input is needed.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with experts and counsel to support client decisions.
