Senior Clinical Negligence Solicitor - Newport

An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced claimant clinical negligence solicitor with a leading national practice based just outside Cardiff City Centre. This firm is known for its commitment to excellence in legal services. The Cardiff office is now looking to hire at the senior level. The national team is recognized for handling complex and high-value clinical negligence cases, often media-sensitive.

The firm seeks to recruit an ambitious 5+ PQE clinical negligence solicitor to join the growing department in Cardiff. You will be required to demonstrate experience managing your own clinical negligence claims, including high-value and complex cases.

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to manage a diverse caseload covering the broad spectrum of clinical negligence, including delay in diagnosis, misdiagnosis, cancer claims, birth injuries to baby and mother, brain injury, and fatal claims. You will also assist on higher-value and complex claims.

You should be a qualified solicitor with over 5 years PQE experience in growing a team or department and managing your workload within clinical negligence.
