Qualifications

• Registered Nurse or Allied Health Professional with active NMC/HCPC registration.
• Significant senior leadership experience within clinical services.
• Ability to provide senior operational and professional leadership out of hours.
• Experience in governance, patient safety, quality improvement and service assurance.
• Demonstrable ability to lead teams and deliver sustainable service improvement.

Responsabilités

• Provide visible clinical and professional leadership to multidisciplinary teams.
• Ensure delivery of safe, effective, high-quality care and governance programmes.
• Monitor standards, audits, incidents and performance to drive continuous improvement.
