Step One Charity seeks a Clinical Lead for Mental Health Services to provide clinical, professional and operational leadership across Cypress Hospital, supported accommodation and community services. The role drives service development, quality and safety with a trauma-informed, recovery-focused approach.

You will oversee governance, safeguarding, risk, and workforce performance, ensuring services meet regulatory standards and remain person-centred and compassionate.

Qualifications

• Detailed knowledge of complex mental health needs, recovery‑focused practice and safeguarding.
• Strong leadership, governance and accountability skills.
• Experience with budget management and service improvement.

Responsibilities

• Lead Cypress Hospital, Supported Accommodation and Community Services across multiple locations.
• Ensure clinical governance, safeguarding and quality improvement are embedded.
• Provide strategic and operational leadership to a multidisciplinary team.
