Applications are invited for the above post on a 12-month fixed term contract, commencing on 6th August 2025. Candidates should ideally be within 6 months of gaining CCT at the time of appointment.
This is an excellent opportunity to work alongside two dedicated specialist Foot & Ankle Consultants within a team of 20 Orthopaedic Consultants. The work includes not only a substantial amount of elective foot and ankle surgery but also the full range of foot trauma.
The post is aimed at a senior trainee who has completed basic general orthopaedic training and is seeking to specialise in foot and ankle surgery.
The fellowship will expose the post holder to a range of foot trauma and elective operating procedures with the opportunity to work alongside 2 established, experienced, and fellowship trained Orthopaedic Foot and Ankle Consultants. The post will involve undertaking elective/trauma operating theatres, elective clinics, fracture clinics, and ward round duties
