Job Description:

We have been assigned by an NHS Hyper-Acute Stroke Unit (HASU) in Hertfordshire to help recruit a Senior Clinical Fellow in Stroke Medicine for a 12-month NHS Fixed Term contract.

The department has recently become a designated hub (HASU) and will see an increase in attendances from approximately 700 to 1,100 per year. The post is available immediately and offers opportunities to participate in audits, presentations, and teaching. Although not a training position, the role encourages professional development.

Applicants must hold full GMC registration and a license to practice. We welcome applications from those wishing to work part-time or share the role.

Recent investments include a new Emergency Department, Cardiology Centre (with 24/7 PPCI services), Scanning Centre, Chemotherapy unit, Endoscopy, and theatre blocks.
