Job Details

Title: Senior Clinical Fellow in Psychiatry and Medical Education

Location: NHS Lothian (Various sites available)

Duration: Fixed term for 12 months

Workload: 10 sessions (50% clinical, 50% education)

Role Overview

This role offers a combination of clinical experience, teaching, professional development, and educational Quality Improvement within Lothian, in collaboration with the University of Edinburgh. It is split equally between clinical work and undergraduate medical education, ideal for candidates seeking to develop their expertise in psychiatry, education, and quality improvement during a transitional training year.

Department and Support

Join a supportive team supervised by Dr. Rob Waller, with opportunities to develop medical teaching skills, lead tutorials, and improve student experiences.
