Job summary
Applicants are invited to apply for the position of Senior Clinical Fellow in Anaesthetics at Milton Keynes University Hospital NHS Foundation Trust.
The anaesthetics department is seeking enthusiastic, highly motivated and dedicated people with the ability to work with the general surgery team to provide a comprehensive service across the department.
All Medical staff employed by the Trust are expected to comply with hospital health and safety policies, clinical governance and other risk management policies.

The post holder will be contracted to provide an anaesthetic service to Milton Keynes University Hospital. Candidates must hold full registration with the General Medical Council.
Job Outline Duties and responsibilities
To work as part of a multi-disciplinary team to provide evidence-based care for all in patients. To liaise effectively and in a timely manner with surgical, medical, and nursing colleagues and all other health care agencies when appropriate
To assist in the provision and development of a safe and effective Service and support the Trust in its aim to provide the best possible care to patients.
Out- of-hours on-call responsibilities, including participation in the on-call rota. On-call frequency will be 1 in 8 weekdays. Commitments include cover for ICU, Theatres and Obstetrics depending on experience.
