Overview

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Paediatric Nurse to join our paediatric team as Senior Clinical Educator. We are looking for an experienced Paediatric Nurse who is compassionate, dynamic and has extensive Paediatric clinical experience.

Responsibilities
  • To lead and manage Child Health Clinical Educators.
  • To contribute professional expertise throughout the Trust and with external stakeholders.
  • To deliver a range of clinical education, including courses that have external accreditation.
  • To work with other educational leaders and staff to deliver the Trust\'s education strategy.
  • To contribute towards Essential and Essential to Role training.
  • To analyse training needs, collect data, evaluate and report on training.
  • To oversee finance related to the team - resources, income and expenditure.
