We are seeking a full-time, enthusiastic, and committed clinical/counselling psychologist or psychotherapist to work at band 7 level. The successful candidate will join our well-established and dynamic adult mental health service in Kent, serving people in Swale and surrounding rural areas. Candidates experienced in practicing CBT interventions, including Third Wave, CAT, or EMDR, are encouraged to apply.

Main duties of the job

You will be involved in providing assessment and treatment (both individual and group), participating in multidisciplinary staff development and supervision, enhancing psychological therapies for adult mental health, especially for patients with psychosis, engaging in service development and evaluation, and participating in a monthly programme of continuing professional development. You will also be part of services preparing for the Transformation, working collaboratively with colleagues in VCSE HEE funded Training, with internal supervision available.
