Job summary

Infoplus Technologies UK Ltd is seeking an experienced Clinical Coding - Delivery Manager to lead coding operations, quality, and service delivery across multiple inpatient specialties. You will guide teams, manage workloads, and ensure timely, accurate coding and governance.

The role requires NCCQ ACC or equivalent, 5+ years post-accreditation experience, and strong collaboration with clinicians and client stakeholders to drive improvements and meet performance targets.

Qualifications

• NCCQ ACC or equivalent credential required.
• Recent Clinical Coding Standards Refresher cert within 3 years.
• Degree in life/health sciences or related field, or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Review records to assign ICD-10 and OPCS-4 codes accurately across inpatient cases.
• Code complex, high-acuity cases independently.
• Collaborate with clinicians to clarify diagnoses and procedures.
• Ensure coding accuracy and compliance with standards.
• Support quality improvement and best practice adoption.
