In this pivotal role, you will work as an autonomous practitioner, delivering high-quality clinical telephone assessments to patients with complex needs. Using advanced clinical judgement, critical thinking, and decision-making skills, you will provide safe, evidence-based advice and support to patients and colleagues alike.
You will play a key role in supporting and leading multiple critical workstreams, including Clinical Navigation, remote consultations, and dispatch stack safety. You will also provide senior clinical oversight across triage platforms such as PaCCS and GoodSAM, ensuring consistent, high-quality care and promoting alternative care pathways to reduce unnecessary ambulance dispatches.

The duties and responsibilities will be undertaken in accordance with the Trust's policies, procedures, and practices, which may be amended from time to time. Patient safety is a key priority.
