Laser Clinics United Kingdom is seeking a commercially minded, people-focused Senior Clinic Manager to lead the Leeds clinic. You will drive growth, develop a high-performing team and shape the clinic’s future within the North of England.

You’ll oversee operations, ensure excellent client experiences, and contribute to broader regional success while upholding our standards and values.

What You’ll Bring to the Team

• A recognised beauty qualification: An internationally recognised qualification in Beauty Therapy, such as NVQ Level 3 Beauty Therapy. (Preferred)
• Proven leadership experience: Experience in aesthetics, beauty, retail or a clinical environment, with a strong understanding of team management and commercial performance.
• A growth mindset: A proactive, results-driven approach, with the confidence to identify opportunities, drive sales and take ownership of business performance.
• A passion for people: The ability to inspire, coach and develop a team, build a positive culture and celebrate the success of others.
• Strong operational skills: Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities while maintaining high standards.
• A solutions-focused approach: Confidence in navigating complex client situations, resolving operational challenges and making sound business decisions.
• A collaborative spirit: The flexibility and enthusiasm to support clinics across the North of England and contribute to wider regional success.
