• Manage bookings, payments, and diaries with precision.

• Safeguard compliance and uphold luxury standards.

Who We’re Looking For

• Previous Front of House experience in an aesthetics clinic (essential).
• Proven background in sales and lead conversion.
• Bubbly, polished, and highly customer-service focused.
• Experience as a doctor’s assistant / chaperone (preferred).
• Strong IT literacy, including booking systems and MS Office.
• Arabic speaker a plus (not essential).

The Package

• £30,000 base salary.
• Monthly bonus scheme.
• 5% retail commission.
• Full-time : Tuesday–Saturday (including two late nights).
• Based in West London.
