Your Role:

As a Senior Client Success Consultant, you’ll play a pivotal role in onboarding, nurturing, and supporting clients throughout their lifecycle with the FYI platform, which is dedicated to accountancy firms. You’ll act as a strategic partner, especially in complex implementations, guiding clients through technical and change management challenges, ensuring long-term adoption and satisfaction.

You’ll also mentor consultants and share knowledge within the Onboarding team. Working closely with the Head of Operations (UK) and Head of Client Success, you will help shape best practices to elevate our service and team capabilities, including leading and delivering new projects.

Ideal candidates will have confidence in sharing expertise on how Accountants use Document and Practice Management solutions, with experience implementing CCH or similar solutions preferred.

Your Responsibilities:

• Own and deliver onboarding for clients, including complex projects
• Guide platform configuration and data migration, ensuring seamless transitions
• Deliver post-live success programs to promote adoption and measure value
• Build strong relationships with clients through effective communication and understanding their needs
• Provide excellent customer service throughout the client journey
• Manage at-risk clients with tailored engagement plans
• Advocate for best practices to enhance client success and efficiency
• Deliver training via webinars, one-on-one sessions, and in-person presentations
• Resolve support issues through email or ticketing systems
• Contribute insights to product and content teams for platform improvements
• Support creation of training materials for various user levels
• Drive continuous improvement in onboarding and success processes
• Mentor and support Client Success Consultants
• Lead initiatives to promote knowledge sharing and service quality
• Contribute to strategic discussions with client insights and suggestions
• Participate in other Client Success and cross-functional projects

Experience:

• Minimum 5 years in a similar role leading accountancy practices through cloud transformations
• Ability to manage multiple projects and work collaboratively remotely
• Strong communication skills, able to simplify complex information
• Experience with practice or document management software is highly valued
