Your Role:

As a Senior Client Success Consultant, you’ll play a pivotal role in onboarding, nurturing, and supporting clients throughout their lifecycle with the FYI platform, which is dedicated to accountancy firms. You’ll act as a strategic partner, especially in complex implementations, guiding clients through technical and change management challenges, ensuring long-term adoption and satisfaction.

You’ll mentor consultants and share knowledge within the Onboarding team. Working closely with the Head of Operations (UK) and Head of Client Success, you will help shape best practices to elevate our service and team capabilities, including leading and delivering new projects.

You should be confident in sharing your expertise and understanding of how Accountants use Document and Practice Management. Experience with CCH or similar Practice and Document management solutions is preferred.

Your Responsibilities:

• Own and deliver the onboarding process for clients, including complex projects
• Provide guidance during platform configuration and data migration, ensuring seamless transitions
• Deliver post-live success programs to drive adoption and measure success
• Build strong relationships with clients through effective communication and understanding their needs
• Deliver excellent customer service throughout the client journey
• Identify and manage at-risk clients with tailored engagement plans
• Advocate for best-practice platform usage
• Conduct training sessions via webinars, one-on-one, and in-person as needed
• Resolve support issues working with clients through email or ticketing systems
• Contribute insights for platform enhancements and user resources
• Support creation of training materials for various user levels
• Improve onboarding and success processes and team knowledge sharing
• Mentor and support Client Success Consultants
• Lead initiatives to promote knowledge sharing and service quality
• Contribute to strategic discussions with client insights and suggestions
• Participate in other Client Success and cross-functional projects

Experience:

• Minimum 5 years in a similar role leading accountancy practices through cloud transformations
• Ability to manage multiple projects and work collaboratively remotely
• Strong communication skills to articulate complex information clearly
• Experience with practice management or document management software is highly valued
