Job Description:

Your Role:

As a Senior Client Success Consultant, you will play a key role in onboarding, nurturing, and supporting clients throughout their lifecycle with the FYI platform, which is designed for accountancy firms. You will act as a strategic partner, especially in complex implementations, guiding clients through technical and change management challenges to ensure long-term adoption and satisfaction.

You will also mentor consultants and contribute to the Onboarding team's knowledge sharing. Working closely with the Head of Operations (UK) and Head of Client Success, you will help shape best practices, lead new projects, and improve service quality.

It is important to have confidence in sharing your expertise and understanding how accountants use Document and Practice Management solutions. Experience with CCH or similar solutions is highly desirable.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Own and deliver the onboarding process for clients, including complex projects
  • Guide platform configuration and data migration, ensuring seamless transitions
  • Implement post-live success programs to drive adoption and measure value
  • Build strong client relationships through effective communication and support
  • Provide excellent customer service throughout the client journey
  • Manage at-risk clients with tailored engagement plans
  • Promote best practices for platform usage
  • Deliver training via webinars, one-on-one sessions, and in-person presentations
  • Resolve support issues through email or ticketing systems
  • Contribute insights for platform improvements and user resources
  • Support creation of training materials
  • Drive improvements in onboarding and success processes
  • Mentor and support Client Success Consultants
  • Lead initiatives to improve team knowledge sharing
  • Participate in strategic discussions with client insights and suggestions
  • Contribute to other Client Success projects as needed

Experience:

  • Minimum 5 years' experience leading accountancy practices through cloud technology transformations
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and work collaboratively remotely
  • Strong communication skills, able to explain complex information simply
  • Experience with practice management or document management software is highly valued
