Role/ Department:

The Client Solution Executive will be responsible for supporting Sales and Relationship Management teams in client liquidity discussions. The role will be responsible for solution structuring and marketing, including participating in client pitches.

Additionally, the Client Solution Executive will be responsible for managing deposit-only relationships and act as internal training lead for Liquidity Solutions. The role requires the ability to work cross functionally, influencing and collaborating to achieve goals in a timely manner and help drive business results.

The key responsibilities of the role include:

  • Provide a comprehensive set of liquidity solutions to institutional clients, covering product sets from across Northern Trust.
  • Make presentations to clients as solution specialist, utilizing deep knowledge of products and services.
  • Strategically position Northern Trust liquidity solutions to a broad client base, including financial institutions, asset owners, asset managers, corporates and public enterprises.
  • Directly manage relationships with deposit-only clients, ensuring adherence to client due diligence requirements and providing exceptional service.
  • Collaborate with internal partners to leverage the best of One Northern.
  • Identify new opportunities for liquidity solutions and support the development of capabilities.
  • Raise liquidity solutions profile internally and externally, through team training, marketing collateral and thought leadership.
  • Monitor market changes and new opportunities, while staying abreast of competitor capabilities.
  • Support Head of Liquidity Solutions in strategy building, management information and client event planning.
  • Keep abreast of market and regulatory changes that would impact liquidity solutions.

Skills/ Qualifications:

  • Extensive experience in sales of cash and liquidity products.
  • Knowledge of product pricing strategies.
  • Excellent written and presentation skills.
  • Experience in providing a high level of service to clients.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
