Artemis Talent have partnered with a leading provider of financial services front-office software whose platform is supplied directly into the buy-side space with a focus on Asset Managers and Hedge Funds. They have a client list to boast of and are rapidly growing their client list all the time hence why they are looking to add an experienced Client Services team lead with a background of ideally PMS/Risk platforms.

This is an opportunity not to miss for an experienced Client Services professional to gain added knowledge of a new product and help drive the delivery from a client support perspective. My client offers a fantastic and rewarding career path including yearly pay rises.

Your role will be:

  • Providing point-of-contact client support to both buy-side and sell-side accounts
  • Capturing and handling client inquiries received via phone and email
  • Investigation of client issues related to the use of the PMS & Risk products and business services
  • Technical troubleshooting related to client connectivity, data quality and order entry and execution
  • Performing Tier 1 Incident Management – analysis, escalation and resolution
  • Monitoring production environments to assist with identification of service and system issues
  • Executing Service Requests related to custom client configurations and workflows
  • Assisting with new software release testing and deployment
  • Working directly with Software Developers, QA, Product Managers and others on client issues

Who we are looking for:

  • 3+ years of relevant work experience
  • Understanding of the financial markets, trading, and trading technology
  • Strong technical support skills, client support skills, and proven client facing experience
  • Analytical thinking and problem solving abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple incidents across multiple clients at any given time and produce results to tight deadlines
  • Must have technical aptitude and desire to learn new technologies
  • Self-directed and self-motivated people in search of career development opportunities
