Job summary

Bell Cornwall Recruitment is seeking a Client Services Executive - Financial Planning in Sutton Coldfield, office based. Salary £30,000 to £35,000 depending on experience. The role supports Independent Financial Advisors with day-to-day administration and client servicing.

You will manage adviser diaries, prepare meeting packs and process new business for pensions, investments, ISAs and protection policies, ensuring compliance and timely updates to clients.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as Client Services Executive - Financial Planning or IFA Administrator.
• Experience using provider platforms and online systems for new business and valuations.
• Understanding of pensions, investments, ISAs, and protection products.
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact for clients by phone, email, and in person.
• Manage advisers' diaries and arrange client meetings.
• Prepare client meeting packs, valuations and review documents.
• Process new business for pensions, investments, ISAs and protection policies.
• Submit applications and ensure documentation is accurate and compliant.
• Monitor applications through to completion and update clients and advisers.
• Liaise with investment platforms and providers to resolve queries.
