Job summary

Bell Cornwall Recruitment is seeking a Client Services Executive - Financial Planning for a boutique firm in Sutton Coldfield. This office-based role supports Independent Financial Advisors with processing new business, client servicing and documentation.

You’ll manage diaries, prepare meeting packs, and liaise with pension and investment providers to ensure accurate and compliant applications. Experience in IFA environments is essential.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Client Services Executive - Financial Planning or IFA Administrator within an IFA or financial planning firm.
• Experience using provider platforms and online systems to process new business, obtain valuations, manage existing policies and track applications.
• Good understanding of pensions, investments, ISAs and protection products.
• Excellent organisational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact for clients by phone, email and in person.
• Manage advisers' diaries and arrange client meetings.
• Prepare client meeting packs, valuations and review documentation.
• Process new business for pensions, investments, ISAs and protection policies.
• Submit applications and ensure documentation is accurate and compliant.
• Monitor applications through to completion and keep clients and advisers updated.
• Use provider platforms to obtain valuations, process transactions, request information and service existing business.
• Liaise with investment platforms, pension providers and insurance companies to resolve queries and obtain information.
• Prepare paperwork for annual reviews and ongoing client servicing.
