Job Title: Senior Client Service Manager

Our team is growing, and we’re after a Senior Client Service Manager who knows how to run accounts like a boss, juggle projects like a circus pro, and build client relationships that are as solid as your Wi-Fi.

The Role

Think of yourself as the glue between our clients and the creative team — keeping everyone aligned, excited, and on track. You’ll be the day-to-day lead across several key accounts, ensuring everything runs like clockwork (but cooler).

You’ll need to be commercially savvy, creatively curious, and low-key obsessed with smooth delivery.

What You’ll Be Doing

  1. Leading the client relationship across key accounts — with warmth, confidence, and zero jargon
  2. Briefing creatives and strategists so they can do their best work
  3. Managing timelines, budgets, and the occasional curveball like a total pro
  4. Spotting opportunities to grow accounts and add value (without ever being that person)
  5. Presenting work, feedback, and ideas in a way that makes people say “yes!”
  6. Being the calm, confident voice in the room — even when chaos knocks

What You Bring

  1. 4+ years in client services (agency-side is a must)
  2. You’ve run campaigns across digital, content, branding or all of the above
  3. Great communicator with an eye for detail and a love for efficiency
  4. Comfortable with both the creative side and the commercial stuff
  5. Proactive, thoughtful, and fun to have in a meeting (Zoom or otherwise)
  6. Bonus points if you’ve worked with challenger brands or startups
