As a global leader we’re looking for a Senior Client Partner, Commercial and Marketing Insights across Europe to drive success as part of our Life Sciences – Research Services Sales team. Join us!

What you will do

The Commercial Senior Client Partner is accountable for representing Oracle Life Sciences at Life Sciences clients throughout Europe, across all key Commercial/Marketing Insights client functions, including but not limited to Brand and Marketing, Business Intelligence, Market Access, Patient Advocacy, Digital and other related data and scientific functions.

In this role you are responsible for all aspects of account management for defined client accounts and success is measured against the sales and other Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). You will work with subject matter experts to deliver high quality engagements and build strong long-term partnerships.

Responsibilities include:

  • Set and execute business planning strategy and tactics against client priorities
  • Manage and coordinate business development of Oracle Life Sciences at client level
  • Establish and maintain client relationships at all client levels
  • Organise and deliver impactful client pitches, drive proposal development and execute client engagements in conjunction with our Research and Consulting leaders to gain trust and business with clients
  • In addition, you will serve as senior sponsor on client engagements to ensure high quality delivery and drive renewals
  • Work closely with the Research & Consulting team to determine final pricing to client
  • Positively participate in the global ecosystem and is expected to be a strong team player within a collaborative cultural environment
  • Travel up to 25%
  • This position can be based in Spain, UK or France

Required Experience

  • At least 10 years of experience in Life Sciences Sales
  • Experience managing and closing complex MSA negotiations, both internally and externally
  • Experience with selling custom market research services to pharmaceutical clients
  • Extensive knowledge of the Life Sciences or Pharma industry
  • Experience of digital and AI industry trends in Life Sciences sector
  • Fluent in English and additional language skills in French, German, Spanish or Italian are desired
