Job summary

IQVIA Laboratories is seeking a Sr Client Operations Manager to oversee client relationships and portfolio delivery across projects. The role involves coordinating with Project teams, Business Development and operational units to ensure consistent, high-quality service and governance across global studies.

Home-based, office-based or hybrid options are available, with a focus on strategic client partnerships and performance improvement initiatives within the IQVIA network.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences or related field.
• 7 years of clinical or research industry experience, including 5 years project management preferred.
• Excellent organizational, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of company operations and client expectations across regions.

Responsibilities

• Manage and enhance client relationships across accounts from an operational and financial perspective throughout project lifecycles.
• Coordinate with Project teams, Senior Project Managers, Team/Program Leads, and Business Development to ensure excellent delivery and consistency.
• Develop governance structures and cadences to report portfolio health to clients and senior management.
• Collaborate with internal IQVIA teams and CRO partners to ensure global, high-quality delivery of studies.
• Lead client meetings, participate in bid defenses and audits, and review progress with the QLAB global project team.
