Job Description

We are seeking a talented Senior Client Manager to develop and oversee strategic partnerships between organisations. This role will focus on driving growth for existing accounts and actively identifying new opportunities to enhance the digital capabilities of clients. The ideal candidate will be motivated to pursue new accounts and possess strong negotiation skills to secure mutually beneficial contracts.

Requirements

1. Extensive experience as a Client Lead, with broad expertise in digital across various areas.
2. Strong organisational, detail-oriented, and time management skills for handling a diverse client portfolio and demanding schedule.
3. A proactive and confident approach to ownership, with a desire to grow within a dynamic environment.
4. Ability to critically assess, question, and understand a client's business strategy across multiple industries and sectors.
5. Expertise in developing marketing strategies including tactics, budgeting, and forecasting.
6. Keen analytical mindset with a passion for data-driven decision-making.
7. Confidence in managing client expectations and setting boundaries when necessary.
8. Practical knowledge of digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Google Looker Studio, Excel/Sheets, Hotjar, Microsoft Clarity, PowerPoint/Slides, and Miro/Figjam.
