Senior Client Manager - National Security

Salary: £70,000 - £95,000 + Bonuses


Location: Gloucester and Cheltenham area


Clearance: Must hold enhanced DV / UKIC Clearance


Overview

We are seeking a Senior Client Manager to join our clients National Security business unit, working closely with customers to deliver mission-critical solutions that protect the nation. This role offers the opportunity to shape innovative solutions across areas such as Cyber, AI/Data Science, Cloud, DevOps/SRE, and Platform Engineering. You will play a key role in building trusted client relationships, shaping opportunities, and influencing long-term growth in a high-impact environment.


Responsibilities


  • Establish, develop, and own client relationships within the National Security sector.

  • Work with internal technical teams to shape solutions aligned to client needs and missions.

  • Identify and develop new opportunities, translating customer problems into successful proposals.

  • Lead and contribute to bid activity, ensuring high-quality responses to complex requirements.

  • Maintain accurate forecasting and order intake responsibility for your customer area.

  • Collaborate with specialist teams to ensure successful delivery of innovative solutions.


Required Experience


  • Proven experience in Client or Account Management within the National Security domain.

  • Strong track record of developing and maintaining senior-level customer relationships.

  • Knowledge of the public sector bidding and procurement environment.

  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organisational skills.

  • Must hold the highest level of UK security clearance (enhanced DV / UKIC).
