Qualifikationen

• Significant experience in information security, cybersecurity, IT risk, compliance or related technology discipline.
• Strong knowledge of security across on-premises, colocation and cloud environments.
• Working knowledge of security frameworks (ISO 27001, NIST, SOC 2, PCI, Cyber Essentials).
• Strong understanding of governance, vulnerability management, monitoring and development lifecycles.
• Experience handling customer security enquiries, audits, and remediation activities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management across technical and non-technical audiences.

Aufgaben

• Lead and support customer security reviews, due diligence questionnaires, and audits.
• Coordinate evidence collection and track findings through resolution.
• Support security and compliance programmes aligned with ISO 27001, NIST, SOC 2, PCI and Cyber Essentials.
• Serve as a client-facing information security expert and respond clearly to customers.
• Partner with Security, Technology, Legal, RFP and business teams on security requirements and remediations.
• Maintain security policies, procedures and controls, including regional requirements.
• Assess security programmes and strengthen governance, vulnerability management and monitoring.
• Communicate risks, findings and progress to technical teams, stakeholders, customers and leadership.
