Job summary

The Progeny Group Limited is seeking a Senior Client Executive in Edinburgh to deliver an exceptional client experience within our high-value client proposition. You will work closely with Financial Planners and Paraplanners to manage complex activities, regulatory compliance and accurate servicing.

You will act as a technical specialist, supporting colleagues, resolving complex queries and driving improvements.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years' experience within financial planning.
• Strong understanding of FCA regulations and industry best practice.
• Experience managing complex client servicing and administrative activities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, provider platforms and CRM systems.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.

Responsibilities

• Act as a key point of contact for clients, managing complex queries and delivering an exceptional client experience.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, Financial Planners, Paraplanners and external providers.
• Prepare for client meetings by coordinating documentation and supporting the delivery of advice.
• Process client transactions and maintain accurate records across systems and CRM.
• Support the onboarding and development of team members and act as escalation point.
