We are seeking a talented Senior Client Delivery Lead with experience working with technical stakeholders (developers, QA, solution architects) and Payments & Collections within the Australian energy sector. If you enjoy improving customer experiences, building great products, working with technology, and collaborating to find solutions, this is the role for you.
As a flat and agile organisation, we plan to maintain this structure. We need a hands-on Senior Client Delivery Lead to help build our capabilities both within Kraken and with third-party partners as we grow. Our CDL's are here to solve complex problems with innovative products.
The CDL must work in partnership with Kraken's technology and operational teams as well as the client. They should deeply understand Kraken's operations, identify issues, and refine solutions to leverage existing and new capabilities. They will bring together technology, people, and processes to innovate and improve client outcomes.
This role involves managing complexity across multiple customer journeys with diverse customer types and end users. The person will play a key role in coordinating the right teams to deliver the product roadmap.
