Senior Client Delivery Lead - Payments and Collections

We are seeking a talented Senior Client Delivery Lead with experience working with technical stakeholders (developers, QA, solution architects) and Payments & Collections within the Australian energy sector. If you enjoy improving customer experiences, building great products, working with technology, and collaborating to find solutions, this is the role for you.

As a flat and agile organisation, we plan to maintain this structure. We need a hands-on Senior Client Delivery Lead to help build our capabilities both within Kraken and with third-party partners as we grow. Our CDL's are here to solve complex problems with innovative products.

The CDL must work in partnership with Kraken's technology and operational teams as well as the client. They should deeply understand Kraken's operations, identify issues, and refine solutions to leverage existing and new capabilities. They will bring together technology, people, and processes to innovate and improve client outcomes.

This role involves managing complexity across multiple customer journeys with diverse customer types and end users. The person will play a key role in coordinating the right teams to deliver the product roadmap.

What You'll Do

  • Collaborate with operational and technology teams to define product vision and strategy
  • Identify new ideas and technologies to enhance the product
  • Define MVPs and adopt a test & learn approach for product development
  • Support the business in resolving product issues
  • Assist engineering teams in delivering product features
  • Continuously review and adapt to changing customer and business needs

What You'll Need

  • Degree qualification or equivalent, with strong client delivery and/or product ownership experience
  • Extensive agile delivery experience and product management skills
  • Experience managing customer journeys and product lifecycle
  • Experience working with technical stakeholders (developers, QA, solution architects)
  • Experience with Payments, ideally in the energy sector
  • Solid understanding of technology and current trends
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills
  • Strong influencing skills and ability to challenge conventional thinking
  • Experience managing complex delivery pipelines
  • Patience, as clients undergo significant transformations requiring understanding and support
  • Consulting experience is a plus
