How will you make an impact?

As a Senior Client Advisor at our Old Bond Street boutique and Club, you will serve as a key ambassador of Vacheron Constantin, embodying our values of excellence, curiosity, humility, and delivering an exceptional personalized experience to our clients. This role involves operating in a dual retail environment (street boutique and lounge), creating "unreasonable hospitality" opportunities.

You will focus on developing new business opportunities, building long-term client relationships, engaging with the luxury community in Mayfair, and turning clients into brand ambassadors. Additionally, you will support the boutique team by sharing best practices, coaching colleagues, and contributing to overall success.

How will you experience success with us?
Develop Client Relationships
  • Manage and grow a high-value client portfolio strategically.
  • Provide an exceptional in-store experience, maintaining high standards, product knowledge, and excellent customer service.
  • Proactively identify and approach potential new clients through networking.
  • Represent the Maison actively within the Mayfair luxury community, building strong local relationships.
  • Accurately capture client data for follow-up and relationship building using available tools.

Achieve and exceed sales targets

  • Master key sales moments and ask the right questions to engage customers.
  • Handle negotiations and objections effectively.
  • Support after-sales clients, offering recommendations to ensure satisfaction.
  • Stay informed on industry news and competitors.
Act as a Maison ambassador
  • Communicate passionately about the Maison, its values, and history.
  • Describe Maison pieces/collections in detail, emphasizing their uniqueness.
  • Promote the collections and adapt sales approach to customer needs.
Deliver boutique operations to the highest standards
  • Follow security and operational policies.
  • Assist with daily setup, maintenance, and merchandising of displays.
  • Participate in inventories and cycle counts.
  • Manage complex after-sales cases, ensuring timely resolution.
  • Support with special projects as needed.
Requirements

You are motivated by:

  • Proactively recruiting clients and building lasting relationships beyond the boutique.
  • Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills, especially with UHNW clients.
  • At least 5 years of experience in luxury retail sales, client development, and networking within Bond Street / Mayfair environments.

You are:

  • Fluent in English; additional languages are highly desirable.
  • Results-driven with strategic thinking and business acumen.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities.
  • Impeccably groomed and presented according to luxury standards.
  • Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of SAP or CRM systems is a plus.
