Job responsibilities:

MISSION STATEMENT

As a FENDI Ambassador, you are expected to provide an extraordinary and luxurious experience to clients.

MAIN ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Engage in upselling, cross-selling, and multiple selling across all product categories;
  • Monitor individual sales and achieve performance targets and KPIs set by the Department Manager / Store Manager;
  • Provide customer feedback on products, especially newly launched items.

Client Management

  • Strengthen customer relations and nurture a loyal FENDI customer base, implementing CRM tools and mastering their usage;
  • Implement CRM campaigns and set up one-on-one appointments following targets and guidelines;
  • Manage customer service quality to meet expectations by offering professional, personalized service.

Store Operations

  • Perform store duties as assigned by team leaders and management;
  • Operate the Company Sales Management system correctly regarding stock transfer, payments, stock inquiries, and customer database input.

Stock Management

  • Maintain inventory accuracy through proper receiving, display, and storage of merchandise according to company guidelines;
  • Support store stock takes and cycle counts.

Store Maintenance

  • Maintain visual merchandising according to company standards;
  • Ensure a safe and clean store environment with daily housekeeping;
  • Perform any other duties reasonably required by the company.

Profile:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in the retail fashion industry, with at least 2 years in luxury sales;
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent preferred;
  • High standards of personal image;
  • Strong selling and communication skills;
  • Excellent relationship skills, self-reliant, friendly, and patient;
  • Organized, professional, confident;
  • Computer skills and knowledge of retail management systems;
  • Goal-oriented, able to multitask;
  • Strong interest or knowledge of fashion/luxury industry;
  • Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
