We’re looking for a confident and experienced Senior Client Accountant to join our growing finance team. You’ll take ownership of a varied portfolio of residential, commercial, and block-managed properties—managing everything from rent and service charge accounting to client reporting and compliance.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, values accuracy and structure, and thrives on building strong client relationships. You’ll be a key contact for both clients and colleagues, ensuring financial information is delivered clearly, on time, and to the highest standard.

About you
We’re looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Client Accountant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in property accounting, ideally with experience across mixed-use portfolios including residential, commercial, and block-managed assets. You’ll bring sound financial acumen, a solid understanding of service charge processes, and a clear grasp of client money regulations.
You’ll be confident working under pressure and managing deadlines, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills. This role is perfect for someone who takes pride in accuracy, builds strong client relationships, and enjoys being part of a collaborative, improvement-focused finance team.
We welcome applicants who are AAT qualified or part-qualified ACCA/CIMA, though we’re equally open to those with equivalent hands-on experience in a similar role.
