Qualifications

• Clerk of Works experience inspecting high-rise construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of materials, trades, construction methods and legal requirements.
• Experience identifying defects, snagging issues and construction quality concerns.
• Strong time management across several construction projects.
• Strong verbal communication, influencing and negotiation skills.
• ICWCI membership or commitment to achieving appropriate ICWCI status.
