Job Opportunity: Senior Clerical Officer

We are seeking experienced Senior Clerical Officers to join the Special Education Needs Support Department (SEN) at the Education Authority Northern Ireland, based in Armagh. This is a temporary ongoing position offering a valuable opportunity to work within the public sector and advance your career by providing vital administrative support.

Key Responsibilities include:

  1. Providing comprehensive administrative support using various IT tools, including word processing, databases, spreadsheets, email, and internet facilities.
  2. Offering advice and assistance to Education Authority officers, customers, the public, and other professionals regarding service aspects.
  3. Supporting senior staff with research, investigations, and data collection to aid departmental activities.
  4. Preparing correspondence, minutes, and notes to assist officers.
