Role Overview: Located within one of our establishments, you will provide senior clerical and administrative support. Your main duties include managing routine administrative tasks, coordinating and delegating work, and supervising a small team of administrative staff.
Requirements: Good knowledge of IT packages, relevant clerical experience, strong organizational and communication skills, ability to meet deadlines, work effectively in a team, and use your initiative. An SVQ Level 1 or equivalent is desirable, as is supervisory experience.
You will need to become a Protecting Vulnerable Groups (PVG) Scheme member before starting in this role.
Monday to Thursday 8.30am - 4.30pm
Friday 8am - 4pm
